    Usage

    To serve: Recipe tips: Boil pasta. Allow 75 to 100 g of pasta per person.
    Pasta with eggplant, pine nuts and basil:
    - Fry 1 sliced ​​red onion and add 1 eggplant (diced).
    - Add the pasta sauce and heat for 10 minutes on low heat.
    - Tear 6 leaves of fresh basil into small pieces and add them together with 50g pine nuts at the end.
