The grapes for this soft Tempranillo are organically grown. A healthy and balanced soil life prevails in an organic vineyard. You can really see that, for example by the plants and flowers that simply grow between the vines. They attract insects, butterflies and birds that eat harmful insects or keep them out of the vineyard. As a result, chemical pesticides are superfluous and a healthy balance is maintained in a natural way. This makes the vines stronger, which in turn gives a harvest of grapes in top condition. So in the cellar there is little reason for the farmer to use artifice. That's a good thing, because only if you meet all the rules can the wine be called organic. Of course, all AH Organic wines are independently checked and approved. That is why they deserve the European Quality Mark.
