BOOMBOE NASI
For 4 people (add yourself):
- 400 g chicken fillet
- 500 g nasi/bami vegetable package
- 400 g rice
- wok oil
- 75 ml of water
Preparation method:
Cook the rice according to the preparation method on the package.
Cut the meat into cubes.
Heat 2 tbsp wok oil in a wok. Fry the meat in this.
Add the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the bumboe Nasi and 75 ml of water while stirring. Add the cooked rice and stir well.
