    Microwave (700W): Remove the cardboard and prick the covering foil in a few places. Place the package in the microwave and heat the dish for 8-9 minutes. Then let the dish stand for another 1 minute before removing the foil. Be careful of escaping water vapor when opening. Stir the meal before consumption. Convection oven (200Β°C): Remove the dish from the packaging into a flat oven dish. Cover with aluminum foil and heat in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Stir and heat for another 25 minutes.
