    Usage

    Preparation: remove the diamond fillet from the refrigerator and the packaging half an hour before use and let it come to room temperature, covered. Pat the diamond tenderloin dry with kitchen paper. Heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan and fry the diamond tenderloin at a high temperature until brown on all sides. Moderate temperature and fry the diamond fillet for 5-9 minutes. Keep it moving so that the temperature remains constant. Let the diamond tenderloin rest in aluminum foil for about 5 minutes before serving.
