Dr. Oetker Gelatin Leaf 14 leaves

    For hot preparation. Place the required number of gelatin leaves one by one in cold water and leave for about 5 minutes
    to soften. Remove the leaves, squeeze them out and stir into the warm liquid to be gelled until the leaves have dissolved. For cold preparation. Place the required number of gelatin leaves one by one in cold water and let them soak for about 5 minutes. Take out the leaves, squeeze them out and place the leaves in a pan and mix them
    with 5 tablespoons of water. Heat the gelatin while stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved (do not boil). Let the gelatin cool to room temperature and add it to the liquid while stirring before it starts to thicken. Let it set in the refrigerator (at least 2 hours).

    Usage

    Remark. Do not use gelatin with fresh kiwi, pineapple, papaya or figs. Blanch these fruits in advance or use them from a can.
    Keep cool and dry.
