Dr. Oetker Cupcakes natural baking mix

Per 300 g

    REQUIREMENTS: • 100 g butter/margarine • 2 eggs • 100 ml milk • Cupcake molds • Topping and decorations. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: • Mixer with whisks • Mixing bowl • 2 tablespoons. PREPARATION TIME: preparation: ± 10 minutes. BAKING TIME ± 22 minutes. OVEN TEMPERATURE: ELECTRIC OVEN 175, FORCED AIR OVEN 170°C, GAS OVEN position 2-3.
    • Make sure the eggs are at room temperature and the butter is soft. • Remove the baking tray from the oven and place the cupcake tins (eg, from Dr. Oetker) on it. • Preheat the oven.
    • Do the mix. the eggs, milk and butter in a mixing bowl and mix everything well with a mixer on the lowest setting. • Then beat everything on the highest setting (turbo) for 1 minute until you have a smooth batter. • Divide the batter over the cupcake molds with 2 tablespoons or an ice cream scoop.
    • Place the baking tray in the center of the preheated oven. • Bake the cupcakes for about 22 minutes. • The cupcakes are done when you press lightly on the cupcake with your finger and it springs back. • Let the cupcakes cool. • The cupcakes are now ready to decorate!

    Usage

    Keep cool and dry.
