    Preparation: REQUIREMENTS: 1 pack of Dr. Oetker Muffins Chocolate. • 100 g butter/margarine. • 2 eggs. • 60 ml of water. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: • Mixer with whisks. • Mixing bowl. • Possibly. a muffin tin*. • 2 tablespoons or ice cream scoop. PREPARATION TIME: Preparation: ± 12 minutes. Baking time: ± 19 minutes. OVEN TEMPERATURE: Electric Oven 190°C, Fan Oven 175°C, Gas Oven setting 4. Electric oven recommended. PREPARATION (5 MINUTES): • Make sure the eggs are at room temperature and the butter is soft. • Place the muffin tins in a muffin tin or directly on the baking tray*. • Preheat the oven. For best results, bake the muffins in an electric oven. PREPARE THE BATTER (7 MINUTES): • Place the butter in a mixing bowl and mix it with a mixer with whisk attachments until soft and creamy. • Add the muffin mix, eggs and water and mix for half a minute on the middle setting until you have a smooth batter (do not beat until fluffy). • Add the chocolate pieces (reserve ¼ for decoration) and spoon through the batter. • Divide the batter between the muffin tins with two tablespoons or an ice cream scoop. • Divide the reserved chocolate pieces over the muffins. Make sure that no chocolate pieces fall onto the baking tray, as this will burn. BAKE (approx. 19 MINUTES). • Place the baking tray in the center of the preheated oven and bake the muffins for about 19 minutes. • The muffins are done when you press lightly on the muffin with your finger and it springs back (note: the chocolate pieces are hot).
