    Usage

    Preparation: Requirements: 1 pack of Dr. Oetker Pink biscuits, 140 h bpter/margarine, 100 ml water. Oven temperature: Electric oven: 160°C. Fan oven: 150°C Gas oven: position 2, electric oven recommended. Kitchen utensils: Mixer with whisks, mixing bowl, spoons or ice cream scoop bar. Preparation time: Preparation time: Preparation: ±15 minutes. Baking time: 30 minutes. Preparation (5 minutes): Make sure the butter is at room temperature and soft. Remove the baking tray from the oven and place the molds on it. Preheat the oven. Preparing the batter (5 minutes): Beat the butter in a mixing bowl with the mixer until soft. Add the cookie mix and water (75 ml) to the butter and mix for 2 minutes on the highest setting to form a glass batter. Divide the batter over the cookie tins with 2 tablespoons or an ice cream scoop (approx. 55 g). Baking (30 minutes): Place the baking tray in the middle of the preheated oven and bake the cakes for about 25 to 30 minutes. The cookies are done when you press lightly on the cookie with your finger and it springs back (note: it is hot). Let the cookies cool thoroughly. Decorating (5 minutes): Fill a kettle and bring water to the boil. Place the glaze mix in a mixing bowl, add 25 ml of water (weighing is more accurate) and stir with a mixer on the lowest setting until smooth. Beat the mixture with the mixer on the highest setting for 2 minutes until fluffy and let it rest for 5 minutes. Stir the icing mixture well (no more color spots visible) and spread it over the cakes with a spoon. Let the cakes stand for at least 30 minutes so that the glaze dries properly.
