This sweet and sour sauce is a real seasoning in a quick wok meal, but also goes well with nachos from the oven, for example. Vary it nicely!
Usage
Preparation: Add yourself for 3-4 people: - 400g rice, 300g chicken - 400g white cabbage, 1 pepper, 150g bean sprouts - 10g coconut oil PreparationCook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the vegetables and the chicken. Wok the chicken pieces in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil over high heat until they are brown all over. Stir-fry the vegetables briefly. Add the sauce and simmer until the vegetables are al dente.
