The special character of these beans comes into its own when you brew them with care. They work perfectly in your espresso machine. Make sure there is fresh water in the reservoir and a preheated cup. Your espresso tastes best immediately after brewing. If you grind them yourself and cook them 'slow', even more nuances in the taste will emerge.
