Description
Faja lobi roti masala is the traditional Hindu masala for the preparation of, among other things, authentic roti chicken masala.

Usage
Preparation: 1. Hard boil 4 eggs. 2. Heat 5 tbsp sunflower oil, add 1 onion (chopped), 2 cloves of garlic (finely pressed), 400 g chicken fillet and stir-fry for a few minutes. 3. Then add ½ - 1 tbsp Faja Lobi Roti Chicken Masala, 1 cup (150 ml) water, 2 stock cubes, 150 g potato (peeled and cut into slices) and 100 g long beans, stir well and then cover the pan with a lid for 10 minutes. simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 4. Add the hard-boiled eggs (peeled) during the last 5 minutes.
