    Boil the potato briefly and blanch the long beans. Bake the chicken in the rice oil and fry the onion with garlic. Add the masala, salt, red pepper and sweet soy sauce and stir. Add the potato and long beans and let it simmer until done. Serve with rice or roti paratha.
