Herb mix to make authentic Surinamese curry
Add yourself: 500 g chicken, 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp massala, salt
Add yourself: 3 tbsp rice oil, red pepper, soy sauce, yardlong beans, potato
About 60 minutes
Cook the potato briefly and blanch the yardlong beans. Fry the chicken in the rice oil and sauté the onion with garlic. Add the massala, salt, red pepper, and soy sauce and stir. Add the potato and yardlong beans and let everything simmer until cooked through. Serve with rice or roti paratha.
