    Preparation: Add yourself for 4 people 300 g Honey Macaroni High in Fiber 1 pack of Honey Base for Macaroni on Spaghetti Mediterranean 400 g Provençal wok vegetables 250 g cherry tomatoes 80 g arugula 150 ml water 50 g grated cheese Variation tip Garnish with some fresh basil if desired! General preparation method Sprinkle the Macaroni High Fiber in a large amount of boiling water (1 l for 100 g pasta) and cook, stirring, for 9 minutes. Hold for 8 minutes for firmer, al dente pasta. Drain the water, rinse briefly with lukewarm water, keep warm in the pan and stir in a dash of (olive) oil if necessary.1 Cook the pasta as indicated in the general preparation method.2 Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pan.
