General preparation method
1 Using a fork, beat the eggs with 1 tsp. water in a mixing bowl.
2 Stir in the contents of 1 bag of Honig base for Farmer's Omelette and let the omelette mixture stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
3 Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion and the sliced mushrooms. Then pour the omelette mixture into the pan.
4 Fry the omelette, with a lid on the pan, over medium heat for a few minutes until golden yellow.
5 Serve the omelette on (toasted) bread and garnish with some parsley if desired.
