500 g runderstoofvlees
4 middelgrote uien
2 middelgrote rode paprika's
300 g rijst
750 ml water
Met Honig basis voor Goulash maak je een traditioneel Hongaars stoofgerecht. Goulash smaakt lekker bij rijst, aardappel en / of pasta: door het toevoegen van verse ingrediënten zet je zo een heerlijk gerecht op tafel.
Algemene bereidingswijze
1. Verhit 2 eetl. olijfolie in een braadpan. Bak het in stukjes gesneden stoofvlees bruin. Bak op het laatst de gesnipperde uien en de in reepjes gesneden paprika's kort mee.
2. Voeg 250 ml water toe. Breng het geheel aan de kook. Laat het met het deksel op de pan ca. 2 uur stoven, voeg indien nodig water toe om droogkoken te voorkomen.
3. Voeg, als het vlees gaar en zacht is, 500 ml water en Honig basis voor Goulash toe. Breng het geheel aan de kook. Laat het onder af en toe roeren ca. 10 minuten zachtjes doorkoken.
4. Kook ondertussen de rijst zoals op de verpakking ervan is aangegeven en serveer de goulash met de rijst en garneer eventueel met wat peterselie.
Dit recept bevat 600 gram verse groenten!
