Usage

Despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
Serving: Tip! Delicious with penne pasta.
Preparation: Preparation method: Do not thaw before use. IN THE OVEN: Preheat the (convection) oven to 210°C with the baking tray still in it. Place the frozen Fish Cuisine in the dish on a baking tray and place in the middle of the oven. Bake for 40 minutes (convection) or 45 minutes (normal oven). IN THE MICROWAVE: Place the frozen Fish Cuisine in the bowl on a microwave-safe plate in the microwave. Heat the Fish cuisine for 14 minutes at 600W. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Never use the grill setting of the oven or microwave. Cooking times may vary per appliance. We recommend oven preparation for the best results.
