Can also be prepared in the microwave. Place the frozen contents of the Iglo meal in a covered microwave dish. Heat for 11 minutes at 800W. Stir well halfway through the cooking time. Let stand for 2 minutes after preparation. Stir well before serving. Cooking times may vary per appliance. For best results we recommend pan preparation.
