Preparation method: Do not thaw before use. 1) Place the frozen contents of the Iglo meal in a pan. 2) Add 4 tablespoons of water. 3) Heat over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring, until the sauce has the desired thickness. 4) Serve & enjoy! Can also be prepared in the microwave. Place the frozen contents of the Iglo meal in a covered microwave dish. Heat for 11 minutes at 800W. Stir well halfway through the cooking time. Let stand for 2 minutes after preparation. Stir well before serving. Cooking times may vary per appliance. For best results we recommend pan preparation.
