Usage
Despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
Preparation: Preparation method: Do not thaw before use. Cooking times may vary per appliance. We recommend oven preparation for the best results. IN THE OVEN: Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan 200°C). Place the frozen Gluten-Free Fish Fingers on a baking sheet on the baking tray. Bake in the center of the oven for 15 minutes. Turn them after 10 minutes. IN THE PAN: Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan. Place the frozen Gluten-Free Fish Fingers in the pan and fry for 8 minutes on medium heat. Turn regularly. IN THE AIR FRYER: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the frozen Gluten-Free Fish Fingers (maximum 8 at a time) in the airfryer and bake for 8 minutes at 180°C. Turn halfway through.
