His French colleagues soon translated his name to 'JEANBÂTON'. Under that name he became known for his tasty sauces. Today, Jean Bâton makes special mayonnaises, sauces and dressings. As a tribute to the craftsmanship of Jan Stok. The famous Jean Bâton Truffle Mayonnaise is prepared with real truffle and goes perfectly with a nice piece of meat. But you can also make something special with truffle mayonnaise from an old cheese sandwich, a carpaccio or a piece of cod.
