Preparation: Recipe with lots of vegetables Shopping list • 150 g carrot julienne • 120 g radish • 80 g edamame beans • 3 spring onions • 1 avocado • 1 half cucumber • 3 eggs (1 pp) • 6 tbsp Hellman's (Vegan) Mayonnaise How to make It [35 min] 1. Fill a pan with the sushi rice and 300 ml cold water and bring it to the boil. When it boils, reduce the heat and put a lid on the pan. Let it simmer gently for 15 minutes and stir. Then let the sushi rice cool. 2. In the meantime, slice the radishes and cucumber into thin slices. Cut the avocado into slices and the spring onions into rings. 3. Fry fried eggs from the eggs. Mix the sauce mix with 2 tbsp water and 6 tbsp mayonnaise. 4. Spoon the rice into bowls. Divide the carrot julienne, the edamame beans, the radish and cucumber slices and the avocado slices over this. Place a fried egg on each dish. 5. Divide the sauce among the portions, garnish with the spring onions and sprinkle the topping mix over the Poké Bowls.
