Shopping list for Chicken Fillet Romana:
225 grams chicken fillet, 250 grams cherry tomatoes, 150 grams oyster mushrooms, 150 grams mixed lettuce, 1 broccoli, 250 ml light cooking cream, and oil.

Preparation:
1. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the oyster mushrooms and cut the chicken fillet into strips. Cut the broccoli into florets and boil for about 5 minutes.
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water for about 10 minutes until tender and drain.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through. Add the oyster mushrooms and broccoli and fry for about 3 minutes.
3. Add the mushroom sauce, cooking cream, and cherry tomatoes and let everything simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
4. For the salad: mix the dressing mix with 3 tablespoons cold water and 3 tablespoons olive oil. Toss the dressing through the lettuce. Serve the sauce over the pasta and serve the salad separately.

Tip: Replace the chicken fillet with 1 container of Chicken Pieces from The Vegetarian Butcher. In step 2, briefly fry the Chicken Pieces until golden brown; they are already cooked. Or replace the chicken fillet with 225 g halloumi cut into cubes.
