    Grocery list
    - 225 g chicken fillet (cubes)
    - 300 g green beans
    - 3 spring onions
    - 2 tomatoes
    - 1 onion
    - 1 apple
    - 125 g crème fraîche light

    This is how you make it
    1. Mix the spice mix with 1 tbsp oil and marinate the chicken fillet cubes for about 10 minutes.
    2. Halve the green beans and pre-boil them for about 5 minutes. Cook the rice mix in plenty of boiling water for 14 minutes until done and drain. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes and apple into cubes. Chop the onion coarsely and cut the spring onion into narrow rings.
    3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and done. Add the onion and fry for about 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and fry for another 1 minute.
    4. Then add the sauce mix and then 350 ml water and bring to the boil while stirring. Add the apple and green beans and leave
    simmer for about 2 minutes.
    5. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the crème fraîche and sprinkle the spring onions over the Chicken Madras.
    Serve the Chicken Madras and the rice separately.

    Nice variety

    Tip from The Vegetarian Butcher: Replace the chicken fillet with 1 container of chicken pieces. In step 3, briefly fry the chicken pieces until golden brown, they are already cooked.

    Tip from the greengrocer: Replace the chicken fillet with 200 g lentils (canned). In step 3, fry the marinated lentils with the vegetables.

    Variation tip: Replace the green beans in the recipe with 250 g cauliflower florets.
