Preparation: Recipe with lots of vegetables Shopping list - 225 g lean minced beef - 150 g corn (canned) - 100 g iceberg lettuce - 2 tomatoes - 1 zucchini - Oil How to make it 1. Preheat the (convection) oven to 150°C . Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into small cubes. Cut the lettuce into fine strips. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat. Add the zucchini and drained corn. Bake for another 3 minutes. Then add the spice mix and 150 ml water. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it simmer gently for about 3 minutes. 3. Remove the taco shells from the packaging and hang them upside down in the oven rack. Heat them in the oven for about 5 minutes. Mix the sauce mix with 150 ml cold water and stir well. 4. Fill the taco shells with the minced meat mixture, some lettuce and diced tomatoes. Serve the filled tacos and taco sauce separately. Nice variation Tip from The Vegetarian Butcher: Replace the minced meat with 1 pack of Rul Gehackt. In step 2, start with the vegetables. Add the Rul Gehackt after the water. Tip from the greengrocer: Replace the minced meat with 200 g black beans (can). Add this with the corn. Variation tip Replace 1 tomato with half an avocado, sliced.
