Description
The Koh Thai massaman curry paste is a 100% natural Thai herb paste based on a Thai family recipe based on tamarind, cardamom and a little cinnamon.
* 100% natural
* Gluten free
* Mild and spicy in taste
* Handy portion packaging
The massaman curry has a milder taste than the other Thai curry pastes. The tamarind combined with the various herbs and spices provides a softer but spicy taste.
The massaman curry is often eaten with chicken or beef. But a vegetarian version is also very tasty, for example with lentils.
Koh Thai stands for 'the island of flavours'. This refers to the many flavors of Thai cuisine. In Thailand, every island and every region is characterized by its own ingredients and dishes.
