Usage
Curry voor 3 personen: • 70g Koh Thai gele curry pasta • 165ml Koh Thai kokosmelk • 200g gesneden kipfilet of (naturel) tofu • 400g Thaise wokgroenten. Bereidingswijze: 1. Fruit de currypasta kort in 1 eetlepel olie. 2. Voeg de kipfilet / tofu toe en bak 2-3 minuten. 3. Voeg de groenten toe en bak 3 minuten mee. 4. Voeg de kokosmelk met 50ml water toe en breng het geheel al roerend aan de kook. Laat zachtjes doorkoken tot (kip en) groenten gaar zijn.
