    Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
    Preparation: do not thaw before use. Sprinkle the pollock with pepper and/or lemon juice. Stew: stew the frozen pollock with 50 ml of water and a dash of liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil for 12-15 minutes with the lid on the pan.Oven (225°C): place the frozen pollock in a greased oven dish and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven.Microwave (600 Watt): place the frozen pollock in a microwave-safe dish and add 50 ml of water to. Cover the bowl and heat for 12-14 minutes.
