Usage

Serving: TIPS: CREAM SAUCE: add 3 tablespoons of (coffee) cream to the white sauce. CHEESE SAUCE: mix 75 g grated old cheese into the white sauce. CURRY SAUCE: Mix 1 teaspoon of curry powder and 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce into the white sauce.
Preparation: REQUIREMENTS FOR GRAVY AND SOUP: Gravy: 10 g potato starch (2 level tablespoons), Soup: 15 g potato starch (3 level tablespoons), 2 tablespoons water. PREPARATION METHOD: 1. Gravy: Use approximately 10 g potato starch for 500 ml gravy. Soup: Use approximately 15 g potato starch for 1 liter of soup. 2. Mix the potato starch with 2 tablespoons of cold water and stir with a fork or hard until smooth. 3. Add the potato starch mixture to the hot gravy or soup while stirring. 4. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it simmer gently for about 1 minute. REQUIREMENTS FOR WHITE BASE SAUCE: 30 g Koopmans potato starch, 500 ml cold milk, 15 g butter. PREPARATION METHOD: 1. Mix 30 g potato starch with 4 tablespoons of cold milk and stir with a fork or whisk until smooth. 2. Bring 500 ml milk with 15 g butter or margarine to the boil. 3. Add the potato starch mixture to the hot milk while stirring. 4. Cook the sauce gently for another 1 minute. 5. Season the sauce with salt and herbs
