Koopmans Apple cinnamon cake baking mix

Per 400 g

    Requirements: 1 pack of Koopmans apple cinnamon cake, 175 g butter or margarine, 4 eggs (M), 1 large or 1½ small apple (e.g. Elstar or Jonagold) (all at room temperature). Utensils: cake tin of 30 cm and a mixer with garden. Preparation about 15 minutes. Baking time 60-75 minutes. Electric oven: 160°C. Convection oven: 150°C. Gas oven: setting 2-3. Preparation: 1) Grease the cake tin with butter and dust the inside with flour or use baking spray (eg Dr. Oetker). 2) Place the rack slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven. 3) Peel and core the apple and cut the apple into small cubes (0.5-1 cm). Prepare the batter: 4) Beat the 175g butter with the mixer in a mixing bowl until soft and creamy. 5) Add the cake mix and the 4 eggs all at once. 6) Beat the whole with the mixer on the lowest setting in about 1 minute to a smooth batter. 7) Then beat the batter with the mixer on the highest setting in 2-3 minutes to a light batter. 8) Add the apple pieces and cinnamon sugar to the batter and mix with a spatula through the batter. Baking: 9) Put the batter in the cake tin and put the cake directly in the oven. 10) Bake the cake for 60-75 minutes until done and golden brown. 11) Place the cake in the cake tin on a wire rack and let the cake cool for 3-4 minutes. 12) Remove the cake from the mold and let the cake cool down on a wire rack.

    Usage

    Keep cool and dry. Storage tip: Store the cake in a well-sealed tin or plastic bag in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days. frozen, the cake can be stored for a maximum of 3 weeks (if well wrapped in plastic).
