Kitchen utensils Bundt pan with a diameter of 22 cm, mixer with garden. Oven temperature Electric oven: 150 Convection oven: 140 Gas oven: setting 2-3Preparation timePreparation: approx. 10 minutes Baking time: 65-70 minutesPreparation method:1. Place the rack slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven for 2. Grease the turban tin with butter and lightly dust the inside with flour or use baking spray (e.g. Dr. Oetker).3. Beat the butter with the mixer in a mixing bowl until soft and creamy.4. Add the bundt cake mix, eggs and milk all at once.5. Stir the mixture with the mixer on the lowest setting for 1 minute until smooth and then beat the batter with the mixer on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until it becomes an airy batter.4. Pour the batter directly into the turban tin and bake the turban for 65-70 minutes until done and golden brown.5. Take the turban out of the oven and let it cool in the tin for about 2 minutes.6. Remove the turban from the mold and let it cool further on a rack.9. Dust the cooled turban with icing sugar.
