Usage

Preparation: Note: Shake the bottle before adding water so that the mix loosens from the bottom. Add yourself: 350 ml water For 4 to 6 pancakes 1. Important: Shake the bottle a few times with the cap pointing downwards to loosen the mix from the bottom of the bottle.2. Open the bottle and add (approximately 350 ml) up to the mark on the side of the bottle.3. Close the bottle carefully.4. Turn the bottle upside down. Check whether all the mix comes loose from the bottom. If not, give the bottle a firm tap to loosen it.5. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute until the mix is completely mixed with the water.6. Heat a knob of butter or a dash of oil in a hot frying pan.7. Pour some batter into the pan, let it spread over the bottom and fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown. Storage tip After cooling, you can store the pancakes covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The pancakes can be kept frozen for 3 weeks.
