Krone Borealis vintage cuvée brut

0.75 l

    Extra information

    Wine

This bubble comes from South Africa. MCC, Method Cap Classique, indicates that he obtained his mousse according to the so-called traditional method. This means that a normal dry wine is first made, which is then bottled with some yeast and sugar. There the wine starts to ferment again, producing carbon dioxide. Because the bottle is closed, the bubbles cannot escape and you get a sparkling wine. If that second fermentation goes smoothly, nice, small bubbles are created, as in this Krone Vintage Brut Cuvee. It tastes fresh with the fruity aromas of apple, pear and citrus fruits. It is a sparkling party wine, but also delicious for lunch.
