Usage
Preparation: Oven (170°C): heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and briefly fry the rack of lamb on both sides until golden brown. Place the rack of lamb in an oven dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until pink in the center of a preheated oven.
