    Lee kum kee has been producing seasonings for healthy and authentic Chinese meals at home since 1888. Ideal for a quick stir-fry meal, but can also be used to marinate or make a dip.

    Mr. Lee Kum Shueng, a restaurateur from southern China, was preparing a pot of oyster soup in 1888. He forgot to pay attention and only discovered this when the soup had reduced to a thick sauce. When he tasted it he discovered an irresistibly delicious new taste. Mr. Lee kum kee on and this is the story of how the oyster sauce came about.

    Usage

    Preparation: Teriyaki chicken skewers (For 2 people) Marinate 300 g diced chicken fillet with 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce. Evenly thread the chicken pieces onto 4 wooden skewers with alternating pieces of green pepper and onion. Place under a medium hot grill for 15 minutes until done. Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce over them before serving.
