Usage
Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
Preparation: IN THE OVEN Preheat the oven to 220° C. Place the delicacies on a baking tray and place in the center of a preheated oven. Bake for 14-18 minutes until done and brown. IN THE FRYING PAN Heat liquid margarine and/or (olive ) oil and fry the delicacies at a medium temperature for 11-12 minutes until done and brown. Turning regularly. IN THE FRYER Fry the delicacies for 4-6 minutes at 170°C, preferably no more than one delicacy at a time. Do not thaw before use.

Ingredients: 55% pollock, flour (wheat, corn), vegetable oil (rapeseed, sunflower [in varying proportions]), starch (wheat, potato), modified starch (tapioca, corn, wheat), salt, spices, dextrose, yeast , sugar, vegetable powder (leek, tomato, parsnip), whey powder, parsley, spice extract.
Of which added sugars 0.6g per 100 grams and of which added salt 1.27g per 100 grams
