Usage
Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
Preparation: remove the packaging. Oven (200°C): heat the gourmet for about 18 minutes in the center of a preheated oven. Airfryer (200℃): put the desired amount of gourmet in the basket (max. 2 pieces) and heat the gourmet for 5 minutes in a preheated airfryer. Consult the air fryer's instructions for any deviations in preparation method and maximum quantity.

Ingredients: 66% hake, water, sunflower oil, wheat flour, rice flour, starch (potato, wheat), salt, dextrin, spices, acid (citric acid [E330]), preservative (sorbic acid [E200]), wheat gluten, dextrose, raising agent (sodium carbonates). [E500], ammonium carbonates [E503]), sugar, stabilizer (diphosphates [E450]).
