Hey! This is Leksand's knackebrod, baked in Sweden according to a traditional recipe. For this variant we mixed the dough with a mix of seeds and a pinch of salt.

Sustainability is tradition for us. Our family bakery in the Swedish region of Dalarna is the heart of our sustainability mission. In our bakery we heat the ovens with renewable energy, we get water from our own well in badelundaåsen and we harvest our rye in the fields nearby. We have been completely fossil-free since 2013 and now measure our entire climate impact, from field to store.
Ingredients: WHOLE WHEAT RYE FLOUR, water, brown linseed 4%, millet seed 4%, roasted rapeseed 4%, sea salt 1.2%, yeast. May contain traces of SOYA and MUSTARD.
