Preparation method:
- Put 250 ml cold water in a pan.
- Stir the contents of this bag into the pan with a whisk. Bring this to the boil while stirring.
- Add fresh ingredients if necessary and let the sauce simmer for a few more minutes.
Variation tip:
Prepare the sauce with 150 ml water and 100 ml white wine. For a spicy taste, add 100 g finely chopped parsley and a pinch of mace.
