Preparation method:
- Put 125 ml cold water and 125 ml cold semi-skimmed milk in a pan.
- Stir the contents of this bag into the pan with a whisk. Bring this to the boil while stirring.
- Add fresh ingredients if necessary and let the sauce simmer for a few more minutes.
Variation tip:
For a fresh taste, add some raisins and diced apple and add 1 teaspoon of ground cumin for a spicy taste.
