    Usage

    Preparation: Requirements 1 pack AH Mix for pizza base 235 ml lukewarm water 3 tbsp olive oil Toppings of your choice (e.g. tomato sauce, mushrooms, mozzarella, salami, grated cheese and/or pizza herbs) Mixer with dough hooks Batting bowl, rolling pin, baking tray, baking paper Thick pizza: 1 round pizza approx. 20-25 cmThin pizza: 2 round pizzas approx. ø 20 cmPrepare1. Place the AH Mix for pizza base, water and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Mix the batter with a mixer with dough hooks into a smooth dough. Knead the dough well with your hands.2. Place the dough ball in a bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean tea towel and place in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Now cut the topping of your choice if necessary.3. Preheat the oven. Electric oven: 220°C, fan oven: 200°C, gas oven: setting 5-6.4. Roll out the pizza dough on a sheet of baking paper to a thickness of about half a cm for a thick base. For a thin base, divide the dough into two pieces and roll out each piece on a sheet of baking paper to a thickness of 2.5 mm. Place the baking paper on a baking tray.5. If necessary, divide the tomato sauce over the pizza base(s) and place the toppings of your choice on the pizza base(s). Sprinkle the pizza(s) with grated cheese and pizza herbs if desired.6. Bake the thick-based pizza in the center of the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. The thin-based pizzas are ready in about 15 minutes.
