"Il Delicato" is an olive oil made from a selection of fully ripe olives. This Extra Virgin olive oil is very versatile and can be used both cold and warm. The uses of this olive oil are very broad: ideal for cold use in a dressing or over your salads, but also perfectly suited to sprinkle over cooked vegetables, pasta, soup, or meat dishes to bring these dishes to the right flavor. Olive oil has the property of solidifying at temperatures below 12°C. This does not affect the quality. At room temperature, the oil returns to its original state.
