Norton Colección grüner veltliner

0.75 l

This is special: an Argentinian wine from the top Austrian Gruner Veltliner grape. Yet it is less surprising than you think when you know that Bodega Norton is owned by Gernot Langes-Swarovski from Austria, who owns the crystal and the jewellery. At Norton, the Argentinian winemaker David Bonomi, named one of the ten best winemakers in South America in 2020, makes wines from Malbec and international grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The cultivation of Gruner Veltliner started as a hobby of the Austrian owner, but turned out to be most enjoyable in Mendoza. It grows there at an altitude of 1,040 meters. The sunny days and cool nights provide a sparkling fresh wine with cool tones of green apple and citrus and the soft taste of ripe pear and peach. Delicious glass for so and delicious with salads, vegetable dishes, fish and chicken.
