Remove the pangasius fillet from the packaging and thaw it in the refrigerator before preparation. Consume within 24 hours after thawing. Cook completely before consumption.
Frying pan: heat liquid margarine or (olive) oil and fry the thawed pangasius fillet for 6-8 minutes. Turn halfway.
Oven (200°C): place the thawed pangasius fillet in a covered oven dish and let it cook for 10-13 minutes in a preheated oven.
Usage
In freezer * (-6°C): several days. in freezer ** (-12°C): 2 weeks after purchase. in freezer *** (-18°C): best before the date stated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after thawing.
