This is a tempting blend of the pinot noir grape and that of the chardonnay. The Pongracz Rosé made from these grapes ranked in the top 10 of the Effervescents du Monde in 2012. A contest among the finest sparkling wines. It is enchantingly dry with a beautiful taste of blackcurrants. And now you can impress with it yourself. Especially in combination with sushi. Delightful. Pongracz is made by House of JC le Roux. The grapes come from cool regions in the Cape vineyards.
