Usage
Preparation: Frying pan: heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil and fry the tartare at a medium temperature for about 4 minutes per side until rare, about 6 minutes per side medium, about 8 minutes per side well done. Turning regularly. Sprinkle the tartare with pepper after preparation.
Ingredients: 98% beef, natural flavouring, buffered vinegar powder (preservative ingredient), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate [E301], sodium citrates [E331]).
