Saitaku Panko breadcrumbs

Per 150 g

    How to cook Tonkatsu:
    - 600 g of chicken breasts (beaten and flattened), veal or pork loins cut into 4 slices
    - 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    - 150g Saitaku Panko
    -Salt and pepper to season
    - Plain flour
    - Oil

    1. Season meat with salt and pepper.
    2. Dip the meat in flour and then beaten eggs. Coat with panko.
    3. Heat oil in a deep pan and shallow try meat until golden brown. Turn the meat and cook the other side. When finished, drain meat on paper towels.
    4. Serve with tonkatsu sauce, rice and vegetables.

    Usage

    Keep cool and dry.
