Usage
Despite careful filleting, a bone may remain in the chicken.
Preparation: Oven (180°C): heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the free-range chicken roulade on all sides. Place the free-range chicken roulade with gravy in an oven dish and place it in the center of a preheated oven. Roast the free-range chicken roulade for about 45 minutes. Let the free-range chicken roulade rest for a while before cutting. Frying pan: heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the free-range chicken roulade on all sides. Turn the heat source down and then extinguish with a dash of water. Roast the free-range chicken roulade at a low temperature with the lid on the pan for about 45 minutes. Turning regularly. Let the free-range chicken roulade rest for a while before cutting.
