Whole grain oatmeal
Soaking and rinsing oatmeal is recommended to remove the layer of phytic acid. Phytic acid is not harmful to the body, but it is advisable to make the good properties of oats available as optimally as possible.
Usage
Preparation: Boil 50 g oat flakes with 200 ml milk for 7-10 minutes into a creamy porridge.
Ingredients: Whole grain OAT flakes fine*, *=organic.
May contain traces of other gluten-containing grains, peanuts, milk, nuts, sesame seeds.
