    Microwave (700W): Prick the cover foil in a few places. Place the packaging in the microwave and heat the dish for approx. 8-9 minutes. Then let the dish stand for another 1 minute before removing the foil. Be careful of escaping water vapor when opening. Stir the meal before consumption.
    Pan/Wok: remove the dish from the packaging and heat it, stirring, in a frying pan or wok.
